Getting Sh*t Done:
A Business Growth and Accountability Group!

June - Sept, 2024

Many new and experienced health practitioners and perinatal business owners often find themselves feeling burnt out and stuck.

They have fantastic business and community-building ideas, but with the busyness of client care, it can be challenging to find the time and motivation to follow through.

The overwhelm of moving from idea to 'getting it done' can leave us stuck and unable to move forward with our ideas, even though we know how impactful it would be for our clients and community!

Building a thriving mental health practice and perinatal practice through connection marketing and community!

sWe will be moving from idea to reality within a community of like-minded people who can support each other, hold each other accountable, and achieve their goals together. We will move past feeling stuck and overwhelmed to finally getting that thing you have been wanting to do, done!

We will use coaching and learning modules to understand and overcome the obstacles that can hold us back from taking these steps.

For example, you may be feeling...

- Uncomfortable putting your idea out there, being visible on social media, or even feeling unqualified to take up space as an expert.

- Overwhelmed by marketing and social media and don't want to come across as too sales-y? (and really, marketing is not what you want to be doing; you want to work with clients)

- Burnt out and finding it hard to manage your time or feeling unsure of how to strategize/plan in order to reach your goals.

Let's work together to create a thriving business through connection to yourself, your community, and your clients!

Natasha Marchand, Business Coach, Marketing Director

Natasha Marchand (she/her) is a Trauma-Informed Coach with a specialization in marketing and communications. She has been working in the perinatal field for nearly two decades and is currently the Marketing Director for CPMHT. She is a single mom of two and a serial entrepreneur who loves the creative work of building a business and helping others build theirs too.

Natasha approaches business coaching through a Trauma-Informed lens. Many of us are conditioned to be people-pleasers who do not want to take up too much space. However, growing a business requires us to break free from this conditioning and step into the spotlight.

The fear of being visible as our authentic selves is a common barrier that prevents businesses from thriving or even launching. Natasha's mission is to help individuals navigate these fears, reconnect with their true selves, and build businesses that truly reflect who they are.
