Lifelong learning
It is important to continue acquiring knowledge, skills, and experiences through lifelong learning in order to achieve personal and professional growth. This allows us to adapt to new methods and changes in our field while also enhancing our problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Collective knowledge
We believe that the knowledge and information that a group of people possess, rather than that of an individual, is the key to deeper understanding. This type of knowledge is often created through collaboration, communication, and cooperation among individuals with different backgrounds and experiences.
Reflective practice
Reflective practices involve being dedicated to examining and assessing one's own thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. The goal of this practice is to increase self-awareness and enhance the quality of support we offer by identifying areas for personal growth and development.
Relational frameworks
We understand that interpersonal safety allows for learning and risk-taking in a group environment. Our training focus on how our life experiences and relationships affect our learning as well as our mental health and well-being.
